Taking Better Photos, Part 2

In other news, I am humbled and honored to be featured in this month’s issue of the photography industry’s leading magazine, as well as to have my photography featured in The Bump magazine (along with client Melissa T.!), a publication by TheKnot.com geared toward pregnant women.

I am recovering from a minor (but personally very difficult) medical issue, so it’s been a bright spot to have the honor of being featured in these various media. Thank you all for being part of my client “family”… I treasure each and every one of you!

Yours truly is going to be on the news!

I was recently honored to be asked by Mike Brooks, host of the morning news show “Better Mornings” on CBS-46, to be interviewed for a series on the show.

The first story of the series will air the morning of Tuesday the 29th… sometime between 5am and 7am (ouch!). I’ll share my best tips for taking great photos of your kids!

The second story, where I share general photography tips (such as for vacation and nature photos), will air a week later. Be sure to tune in (and try not to laugh too hard at the bad hair day I was having)!

The August issue of Pregnancy and Newborn Magazine hit newsstands a couple of weeks ago, and this month’s baby fashion feature was shot by yours truly! Look for the feature “Go to the Head of the Class” beginning on pages 94-95. Those of you who have sessions in the studio will recognize the floor and false baseboard!
